Being a native Oregonian, I enjoy nature: hikes, biking, camping, beaches. I also spent some time living on the East coast and travel there a couple times a year to visit my friends who are family to me. I appreciate traveling distances to explore different culture and hopefully will do more in the future. Meditation and yoga are a part of my life and my Cavalier King Charles dog, Carmelita. She is a staple in my practice and considered my assistant!
I believe the patient is my teacher. The moment you step into your treatment, it’s all about you & taking the time to get to your health condition is important to me. The initial treatment includes a thorough intake and interview. When it comes to your health, finding the right practitioner can make all the difference. I am dedicated to listening to my patients and finding a solution that works for you. Specialties include Women’s & Men’s Health, MVA’s, pain mgmt, anxiety & depression.

Ironically growing up, my design sense was inspired by sidewalk chalk cities that mapped out routes for our bicycles. I was ultimately inspired to become a web designer as a result of this creative outlet. After landing my first client, I realized how much I enjoyed the process. Since starting in web, I have contributed to several startup projects, and worked with over 50 clients at ShiloRune. As an entrepreneur – hosting 1 Million Cups weekly – I believe two of the keys to success are constantly learning and the ability to accept failure. In conclusion, “Failure isn’t fatal, but failure to change might be” – John Wooden.
