From lightly seared scallops with verbena, watermelon and shimeji mushrooms with 2014 Domain Drouhin Limited Rosé to the pork crepinette with savoy cabbage and stone fruit with 2012 Roco Knudsen Vineyard Pinot Noir or 2013 Arterberry Maresh Dundee Hills Pinot Noir.
